| Upcoming Events:
1. Welcome Back Potluck Picnic! Greetings! We are pleased to announce that there will be a welcome back potluck the last Sunday in August (27th). This is a great opportunity to wel-come back old friends as well as to meet some new ones. This is sure to be a wonderful time filled with great food and even better fellowship. We look forward to seeing EVERYONE there.
The potluck will begin at 11:00 A.M. after the church service. Please plan on bringing enough food to share with others. We also ask that you bring your own paperplates and utensils. We are also looking for volunteers to help set up the tables and to get the food ready to be served. If you would like to help please contact John Kim at Johnandpen@msn.com to sign up after the service.
2. Church Membership: Application forms are available for those interested in becoming members of Seoul Union Church. You may contact Pastor Prince at pastor@seoulunionchurch.org if you have any questions.
3. Fall Membership Class: The fall membership class will commence on 10th September. The class will be held during the Sunday school hour. Please sign-up in the foyer if you are interested.
4. Newcomer's Evening: We are hoping to have a newcomer's evening. If you have arrived in Seoul in the last 1 - 6 months we encourage you to attend. We will meet on September 3 at Pastor Princes residence (02-325-5695) on Seoul Foreign School Campus. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. Please sign-up in the foyer if you are interested.
5. Sunday School Kick-off: Sunday school for all ages is scheduled to kick-off on September 3. We need faciliatators and volunteers/helpers for the classes. If you are willing to serve, please contact Barry Benger at bkbenger@yahoo.com or the Office at 02-333-7393.
6. Adult Sunday School Teachers: Are you available to use your teaching gift? The CE department is looking for Sunday school facilitators beginning this fall. Contact Barry Benger at bkbenger@yahoo.com if you are interested.
