In Congregational Care we are committed to building a sense of community in our church
through reaching out to minister to the special needs of our members.
We follow-up on the sick, hospitalized members; pray for and with members experiencing hardships
or
needing to make decisions; visit and offer spiritual and emotional support to grieving members;
and establish a chain of volunteers to provide emotional, spiritual and physical help to the needy members
such as: prepare and deliver food on short-term basis, visit and pray with the sick or grieving members,
provide transportation, etc. Other aspects of our pastoral care ministry are: Visitation, Telephone Ministry,
Bereavement Care and Special Delivery (ministry to new born babies and their mothers).
Through this, we ensure that we are a family throughout the week, and not just on Sunday.
